Our Muay Thai classes incorporate punching, kicking, elbowing, and kneeing and offer competitive opportunities if you’re looking to push yourself to compete in martial arts. Krav Maga teaches effective and practical self-defense in a boot camp style, as this form of martial arts was originally developed in the Israeli army for the Israeli soldiers. Both forms promise a killer physique and excellent self-defense training. That being said, the best martial arts style for fitness is dependent on whether you want to compete and use elbows and knees, or if you want to focus more on real-life self-defense applications.
